Responsibilities
:
Responsible to handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
Perform data entry on customer invoices, vendor invoices, staff claim and daily receipts
Maintain proper documentation and filling
Communicate and liaise with company customer, auditor & government authorities
Ensure timely completion of monthly or annual reports
Handling some administrative works
Perform other ad-hoc that may be assigned from time to time
Requirement
:
Diploma/Degree in accounting equivalent
Preferable with 1 years working experience (Fresh graduates are welcomed!)
Preferable UBS accounting software
Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (preferred)
Responsible, self-disciplined and teamwork
Willing to learn and good working attitude
Able to work 5.5days
