Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Perform data entry on customer invoices, vendor invoices, staff claim and daily receipts
  • Maintain proper documentation and filling
  • Communicate and liaise with company customer, auditor & government authorities
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly or annual reports
  • Handling some administrative works
  • Perform other ad-hoc that may be assigned from time to time

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in accounting equivalent
  • Preferable with 1 years working experience  (Fresh graduates are welcomed!)
  • Preferable UBS accounting software
  • Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (preferred)
  • Responsible, self-disciplined and teamwork
  • Willing to learn and good working attitude
  • Able to work 5.5days
