Job Highlights

- Advanced diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

You shall possess:


- 3-5 years of working experience in accounting or above with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a law firm
- Competence writing in English
- High diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and word processing
- Preferably experience using Xero or other cloud accounting solutions
- Preferably experience in SMEs

You are expected to:

- Handle daily book-keeping and accounting operations, monthly payroll, EPF, EIS, SOCSO, PCB and expense claims, and medical insurance enrolment for staff
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments with external parties
- Assist in audits, insurance maintenance, and finance-related filings with the Inland Revenue Department and other authorities
- Good knowledge of financial reporting standards, auditing guidelines, basic income tax and SST laws
- Prepare statements of account outlining money flows and monthly receivables by fee earners
- Perform any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
