  • Handling full set of accounts.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system (SQL).
  • Prepare monthly payment schedule & bank reconciliation.
  • Reconciliation of debtors and creditors statements of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and etc)
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department relating to customers' collection and debtors' related matters.
  • Liaise with secretary, external auditors and tax agent on audit, tax and statutory matters
  • Handling Petty Cash, staff claims and monthly cash flow forecast.
  • Handling office clerical and general duties in office
  • Timely processing of purchase order, delivery order & invoice.
  • Prepare physical stock count reports and co-ordinate with the respective department head for the cyclecount variances.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
