Responsibilities :-

  • Provide administrative / secretarial support including filing, binding, photocopying, entry of work diary.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements and meetings.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Work closely with lawyers to ensure all administrative and operational functions are properly carried out.


Requirements :-

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word).
  • Able to read, write and converse fluently in English and Malay language.
  • Fast learner and good team player with positive working attitude.
  • Flexible and adapt easily to changes.
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to learn and adopt new challenge quickly.
