Job Highlights :-
Urgent Hiring.
Monday to Friday (5 working days a week only).
Full time & permanent position.

Responsibilities :-
Provide administrative / secretarial support including filing, binding, photocopying, entry of work diary.
Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements and meetings.
Answer phone calls.
Work closely with lawyers to ensure all administrative and operational functions are properly carried out.
Requirements :-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word).
Able to read, write and converse fluently in English and Malay language.
Fast learner and good team player with positive working attitude.
Flexible and adapt easily to changes.
Able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Willing to learn and adopt new challenge quickly.
