Responsibilities :

1. Draft letters, emails and replies for incoming correspondence from clients.
2. Ensure records are consistently updated and maintain a proper filing system.
3. Manage all administrative tasks related to projects in Malaysia.
4. Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation.
5. Support the Business Development Department with day-to-day operations.
6. Drafting, proofreading, and editing communications on behalf of the executive.
7. Coordinate with Technical Engineer Department to ensure proper timely delivery.
8. Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects and initiatives.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma in accounting/finance, economics or a comparable qualification.
2. Strong mathematical skills plus critical thinking.
3. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) within interdisciplinary project teams.
4. High team spirit and ability to moderate meetings/workshops with all levels.
5. Excellent in pitching skills.
6. Structured and independent working style with minimal supervision.
7. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
8. Reliability and flexibility to work in a pioneer team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
