JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a competent Assistant Branch Manager to oversee and organize the operations and events in Sarawak.
- In charge of overall operations, events and supervise & leading the staff in Sarawak
- Planning event from start to finish according to client's requirement, target audience and objective
- Prepare suggestions to enhance the event's success
- Prepare budget & quotations
- Source & negotiate with vendors & dealers
- In charge of hiring & training Promoters (event or campaign)
- Coordinate all operations
- Approve all aspects before the event started
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years working experience as an Event Manager or Branch Manager
- Has experience in leading & supervising staff
- Skilled in project management
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent oragnizational skills
- A knack for problem solving
- Customer-services orientation
- A team player with leadership skills
- BSc/BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality management or related field is preferred
