Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to ensure a diverse and alignment with people strategy of MSHC.
Devise and create the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing and selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks and groups, employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement, etc.
To improve HR policies, procedures and work process on IR/ER matters in compliance with latest regulatory requirements and standard methodologies to eliminate and minimize potential job-risk exposures and improves productivity of team members therein.
Assist in the formulation, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organization’s direction and legislation requirement.
Assist to facilitate and oversees on the compliance with policies, documented procedures, legal, licensing and customer requirements. Promoting equity and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
Monitor and conduct internal audits, prepare audit files, close track findings and progress updates, follow up with corrective actions/non-conformity report.
Employee engagement and retention plans for the businesses, including engagement activities, assessment, analysis and facilitation of plans to address surveys, turnover and workforce issues.
Enforce disciplinary procedures and actions by providing counselling services to employees, conduct domestic inquiry and appropriate action for any disciplinary cases.
Oversee and manage local and foreign workers affairs including attending to queries, complaints, disciplinary issues and hostel management issues which includes hostel/dormitory, transport, security and compliance to legislation.
Conduct periodic spot checks and audits at workers’ hostel.
Maintain strong and up-to-date knowledge of industry issues and macro-economic labour markets to identify best practices and determine initiatives critical to Mah Sing Healthcare’s talent attraction, development and retention success.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labour Relations or any related disciplines.
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in planning and executing human resources initiatives including talent engagement, recruitment, IR/ER and foreign workers management.
Good understanding of HR and business structures. Possess working experiences in a medium to large scale organization.
Good communication, organizations and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Creative and able to generate new ideas for continuous improvement and solving problems.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.
