We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager/ Restaurant Supervisor (Chinese) to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

-supports the restaurant manager in overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant

-manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory levels, and implement policies and procedures

-provides excellent customer service

-ensures that the overall operation of the workplace runs smoothly

-important not only to have knowledge about how restaurants work but also to feel comfortable working outside normal hours such as weekends or holidays

Responsibilities :-

-Assist the manager to develop and manage restaurant staff

-Train new recruits

-Enhance service quality by conducting monthly reviews

-Attend and solve customers’ complaints

-Provide constructive ideas to increase revenue

-Ensure day-to-day operations, including reservations, cleanliness, food preparation, and marketing are carried out to industry standards

-Ensure documentations, including daily sales figures are constantly updated

Requirements :-

-Able to speak in Chinese/ Mandarin

-Work experience as an Outlet Assistant Manager/ Supervisor/ or similar role in the hospitality industry

-Experienced as Supervisor

-Good math and reporting skills

-Communication and team management abilities

-Additional certification in hospitality is a plus
