RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation and deliver of all Sales & Distribution strategies of the Company.
- Responsible to lead the team towards achieving the agreed Company's set annual Sales, Market Share and Profitability objectives.
- Experience in Distributor management or General trade and FMCG business is preferable.
- Demonstrate capability to define customer and channel requirements for growth, and extend product portfolio with existing customers
- Work across – functional teams and collaborate across business to facilitate a cohesive approach to the marketing of company products
- Initiate or develop strategies, plans and proposal of effective promotion that meet the customer’s need.
- To perform other related duties from time to time
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/SKILL/KNOWLEDGE
- Experienced Account Manager in FMCG or Food Service background.
- Customer development experience in a supervisory role.
- Good understanding of the Malaysian Food Service market.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Food Service Industry.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/SKILL/KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration disciplines is preferred.
