We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Chef De Partie to join our newly re-branded restaurant team at Kuala Lumpur Branch. As Chef De Partie, you will run the back-of-restaurant and responsible for running whole of the kitchen.
Responsibilities: -
· Plan and execute menus in collaboration with other colleagues.
· Place orders in a timely manner.
· Preparing, cooking food, and making order lists on the section.
· Chef will be in charge of the whole section of the restaurant’s kitchen.
· Manage ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis.
· Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality
· Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
· Collaborate with other colleagues and seniors
Requirement: -
· Passed diploma / degree in culinary arts preferred with great attitude only.
· 2+ years of experience in a back-of-house management position
· Strong attention to details
· Creativity
· Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
· Ability to multitask and Great time management skills
· Willing to learn.
· High Confidence level without arrogance.
