RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and monitor production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Develop and maintain product costing models.
• Conduct variance analysis between standard costs and actual production costs.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and implement cost control measures.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets related to production costs.
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost control.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Drive the development of procedures and controls that ensure meaningful and reliable product costs and accurate inventories.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures related to cost management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in the foods manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on product costing and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP system and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team members.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
