Job Brief:


This is a Customer Service position in Contact Centre, supporting 24/7 operation under one of our client that is currently one if the largest service provider in telecommunication Malaysia, work office located at Bandar Sunway. This role required to support all 3 type of communication channel (phone/email/chat), training provided and offering contracual role within 1 year followed by adjustment renewal or conversion to permanent directly with our client.



Job Responsibilities:


  1. Provide quality customer support (24/7) through Voice our customers.
  2. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  5. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  7. Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  8. Take extra mile to engage customers.
  9. To meet / exceed agreed productivity and quality standards (eg: quality call monitoring and customer satisfaction monitors).


Job Requirements:


  1. Must possess at least a SPM in any relevant field with at least 1 year working experience in Customer Service.
  2. Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, preferred with Mandarin
  3. Applicants should be Malaysians citizens
  4. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and Malay languages.
  5. Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast paced environment.
  6. Able to start work immediately.
