Location On Site: US Pizza HQ Kota Damansara

Working Hour : Able to work 3 Shift rotational and can work on weekend and public holiday: 
Morning 10AM - 7PM 
Afternoon 12PM - 9PM 
Evening 2PM - 11PM

Working Day: 6 days + 1 offday (Offday on weekdays because weekends are peak hours)
 
Responsibilities:
·   Pleasant, warm and cheerful personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·   Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
·   Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
·   To attend all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, live chat, rider booking
·   Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
·   Multi-tasking & with a good sense of urgency
·   Maintain efficient systems and processes to ensure excellent service standards to customers.
·   Consistently following up on pending matters without reminders till completion
·   Prepares month-end reports, data collection for sales and market research
·   Assists with complaints, requests and implements action plan.
·   Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/management when necessary.

Qualification:
·   Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mass Communications/ Public Relations or any related field
·   Proficient in English, Bahasa and other dialects would be an added advantage
·   Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize task to work under pressure.
·   PC literate and good telephone etiquette.
·   Able to work 3 shifts. Rotational based (Morning 10am-7pm/Evening 12pm-9pm/Night 2pm-11.00pm), can work on weekend and public holiday.
·   Possess own transport
