The Ideal Candidate shall have persuasive with exceptional sales driven, target & result oriented, team player and self-motivated mind-set to handle incoming leads and develop them into clients of the company to perform outbound calls to prospective clients. Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts that describe Company’s services with the aim to convert leads into live accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have:

• Know to handle hot leads and develop them into clients of the company
• Effective Communication To market promotions to clients
• Build trust with the clients
• Power To Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
• Meet personal and team targets
• Able To Promote company’s brand
• Power To Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Managing client relationships and satisfaction through proactive support, training, and incentive offerings, ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information

Nice To Have:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an Online Sales or any form of sales (call centre preferred)
• Preferably from Banking/Investment/Insurance industry
• Learn to adapt current technology needs
• Initiative and Ability to work on own, expand and generate business
