Customer Service Support

Basic: RM 1900 – RM2100 (Depends on Communicate level) 

Working Hours: 9 hrs rotate shift (include 1hrs break ,6 days' work/week)

night shift allowance RM300 

Kpi Incentive up to RM400 

Location：Medini, Nusajaya, Johor

Job Description

- Handle inbound calls and emails relating enquiries and complain.

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers

- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
