Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing, included CRM.
Plan, develop & implement effective marketing plans, promotions and campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains the digital presence of the company. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI/KPIs)
Analysis trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and be responsible for digital marketing campaigns
Requirements
At least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Marketing, or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and key measurement metrics, included CRM.
Posses a creative approach and mindset for digital marketing.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, discipline, independent and willing to learn
