As the Digital marketing executive, you will be responsible for running various marketing campaigns over various platforms, allocating the budgets and timelines for each campaign and execution of these campaigns. The executives will also need to analyse the effect of each of these campaigns and find ways to optimize these campaigns to achieve maximum customer focus. You will also need to update content periodically for the social media pages and the websites and maintain customer awareness.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote the training company's programs, courses, and services. Identify target audiences and develop effective marketing campaigns to reach them. Implement strategies across various channels, including online and offline platforms.
- Content creation and management: Produce engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging. Manage content calendars and coordinate content distribution across different platforms.
- Digital marketing and advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Social media management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create engaging social media content, interact with followers, and monitor social media trends. Utilize social media analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate relevant findings into marketing strategies.
- Lead generation and conversion: Drive lead generation activities through various channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, events, and partnerships. Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into customers. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead handover processes and track conversion rates.
- Event planning and management: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, such as workshops, seminars, conferences, and webinars. Develop event marketing strategies, create promotional materials, manage registrations, and ensure a smooth event experience for attendees.
- Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, content development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Provide input and support to cross-functional initiatives, such as product launches, customer retention programs, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance to the management team. Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices: Continuously research and stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, strategies, and technologies relevant to the training industry. Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Prior job experience in digital marketing or in related fields is a plus
- Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, marketing databases, email and social media marketing
