Job Scope:
As a Digital Marketing, your role will involve creating visually appealing designs and developing engaging content for social media platforms. You will collaborate with clients or organizations to understand their brand identity and objectives, and then translate them into compelling visual designs and captivating social media content. Your creativity and expertise in design and social media marketing will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and driving audience growth.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media posts, infographics, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Use design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro), to develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives.
- Social Media Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Create content that aligns with the brand's tone, messaging, and target audience.
- Stay updated on current social media trends and best practices to create content that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their social media goals and strategies.
- Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement on social media platforms.
Branding and Visual Identity:
- Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity across social media platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual coherence in all social media content and design elements.
- Develop visual assets such as logos, icons, and templates that reflect the brand's identity.
- Collaborate with clients to align social media content and designs with their overall branding strategies.
Content Strategy and Optimization:
- Research and analyze target audience preferences, interests, and demographics.
- Develop content strategies that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and attract new followers.
- Optimize social media content for maximum reach and impact.
- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of content and campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization and improvement.
- Responsibilities will encompass keyword research, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce optimization.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with clients or organizations to understand their requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams or stakeholders to align design and content with marketing strategies.
- Adapt to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs and content.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs and content.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro), Sketchup.
- Proficient in tools and platforms such as Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Shopify
- Developed customer-centric digital marketing strategies and executed them across key digital channels.
- Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube etc.) their features and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into creative designs and content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools to measure and track content performance.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying updated with design and social media trends.
