Here are the responsibilities:

• Prior experience in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
• To consult and evaluate a client's business progress and achievements throughout the 1-year period.
• To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in Sales & Digital Marketing field.
• Prior experience in managing Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or other social media ad platforms.
• To manage, prepare and keep a record of the client’s database and progress report.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the duration of the program to increase customer efficiency.
• To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
• To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relation department to ensure customer service efficiency.

Desired skills & experience:

• Important - At least 1-5 years of experiences in the customer service/ digital marketing / sales / training field.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or any equivalent courses.
• To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
