Job Description:-

• Driving visitors, senior management, and guest at the request of the HR Department or Company Director.
• Fetching company business associates to & from airport to company or hotels.
• Fetching directors for any business meetings and appointments in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintenance and upkeep of company vehicle, regular service and replacement of parts as required.
• Keep company vehicles properly washed and clean at all time.
• Ensure safety of the vehicle and take necessary precautions to keep vehicle safe and secure.
• Adherence to traffic, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assist in dispatch work and banking role during the absence of Dispatch Clerk.
• Dispatching urgent documents to directors and banks
• Any adhoc assignments or reviews as and when necessary and delegated.
