To handle incoming chat via marketplace (Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada) and collaborate with related parties to solve customer problem as well as reporting about customer data.

 

Qualifications:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Female 21-35 years old
  • SPM (min. 2 years experience in Customer Service) or Diploma fresh graduate
  • Youthful, active, and eager to learn
  • Have good communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Able to work together in a team
  • Have the ability to operate Microsoft Office and other applications on the job
  • Willing to work shifting
