To handle incoming chat via marketplace (Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada) and collaborate with related parties to solve customer problem as well as reporting about customer data.
Qualifications:
- Malaysian citizen
- Female 21-35 years old
- SPM (min. 2 years experience in Customer Service) or Diploma fresh graduate
- Youthful, active, and eager to learn
- Have good communication skills and customer service oriented
- Able to work together in a team
- Have the ability to operate Microsoft Office and other applications on the job
- Willing to work shifting
