We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well organized, have great time management skills and able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support.
Job Scope:
- To provide full range of secretarial/administrative duties and personal assistance to the management
- Arrange and coordinate meeting appointments and business schedule
- Maintain a systematic filing system, records and safekeeping of different kinds of documents
- Maintain a strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and external parties
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Business studies
- Proficient in English and/or Malay
- Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently
