Job Summary:

As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling franchises for our F&B (Food and Beverage) brands. You will play a key role in expanding our brand's presence and revenue by identifying potential franchisees, building relationships, and guiding them through the franchise acquisition process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of franchise operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential franchisees through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and referrals.
  2. Sales Outreach: Reach out to prospective franchisees, introducing our F&B brands, and highlighting the benefits of joining our franchise program.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, addressing their inquiries, and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  4. Franchise Presentation: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the franchise opportunity, explaining the business model, support provided, and the potential for success.
  5. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential franchisees, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement, and close franchise deals.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials to attract potential franchisees.
  8. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all franchise related communications and agreements.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in franchise sales or a related industry for at least a year.
  2. F&B Knowledge: Familiarity with the Food and Beverage industry and an understanding of franchise operations is an advantage.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential franchisees.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with franchise prospects.
  5. Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  6. Networking Abilities: Strong networking capabilities to identify and connect with potential franchise partners.
  7. Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel to meet potential franchisees and attend industry events.
  8. Business Acumen: A good understanding of business concepts and the ability to present franchise opportunities in a compelling manner.
  9. Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin in terms of speaking and understanding the words.
