Job Summary:
As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling franchises for our F&B (Food and Beverage) brands. You will play a key role in expanding our brand's presence and revenue by identifying potential franchisees, building relationships, and guiding them through the franchise acquisition process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of franchise operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential franchisees through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and referrals.
- Sales Outreach: Reach out to prospective franchisees, introducing our F&B brands, and highlighting the benefits of joining our franchise program.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, addressing their inquiries, and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Franchise Presentation: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the franchise opportunity, explaining the business model, support provided, and the potential for success.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential franchisees, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement, and close franchise deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials to attract potential franchisees.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all franchise related communications and agreements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales.
Job Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in franchise sales or a related industry for at least a year.
- F&B Knowledge: Familiarity with the Food and Beverage industry and an understanding of franchise operations is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential franchisees.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with franchise prospects.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Networking Abilities: Strong networking capabilities to identify and connect with potential franchise partners.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel to meet potential franchisees and attend industry events.
- Business Acumen: A good understanding of business concepts and the ability to present franchise opportunities in a compelling manner.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin in terms of speaking and understanding the words.
