Work from home basis 


  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is often preferred.
  • Can work for long term
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Canva and other relevant tools. 
  • Candidate must possess minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills. (Bonus : Basic Mandarin)
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an advantage. 
  • Knowledge of the education industry and online learning platforms may be beneficial. 
  • Preferably stay in Klang Valley/Selangor.
  • Candidate needs to have their own transport.
  • Basic knowledge : Canva is a bonus.


Jobscope :

  • Handles inquiries from potential students and parents regarding course offerings, fees and registration procedures. 
  • Assist in the enrollment process, ensuring that all required documents and payments are collected and processed accurately. 
  • Maintain a database student information, including contact details, course preferences and enrollment status. 
  • Create quotation and send invoices to enrolled students, ensuring all fees are correctly calculated. 
  • Assist with payment processing and handle any billing related inquiries. 
  • Keep records of communications and follow up actions. 
  • Collaborate with lead tutor and academic team to schedule classes, ensuring they align with students' preferences. 
  • Generate regular reports on enrollment numbers. 
  • Assist in calculate for teaching hours. 
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as responding emails, phone calls. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standard, especially regarding the collection and personal information.
