**Certification and completion of the GCPV System Design Course are required.
Responsibilities:
- To work directly and reporting to the superior in the prioritization and execution of work.
- To monitor the budget, plans and utilization of available equipment, facility and labor force in attaining operations objectives.
- To manage and coordinate all levels of development and implementation of each project.
- To coordinate with Site Engineer for site assessment, project designs, and work schedule during all phases of project.
- To produce weekly/monthly project progress reports for management.
- To ensure that reports are produced by the deadline and proper documentation are kept in accordance to the standard operating procedures.
- To arrange/negotiate with the clients for site visit and other engagement required.
- To build and maintain good rapport with all clients, contractors and staff by attending meeting or any other relevant discussion/engagement whenever required.
- To ensure and enforce full compliance of safe and healthy practices and procedures to safety regulations.
- To identify areas of improvement and recommend suitable training and development programs to the management by monitoring and evaluating staff’s performance.
- To perform other duties as required by company or immediate superior.
- COMMISIONS will be provided based on projects. (Salary vary from RM3000 up to RM18,000)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Min 1 - 3 years experience working in solar industry.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Critical thinking ability and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
Skills Required:
- AutoCAD Drafting Experience (Electrical Diagram, Installation Drawings).
- Office Software skills. (Prio to Excel)
- Helioscope or related.
Certificates Required:
- BEM Certificates
- GCPV System Design Courses (SEDA Malaysia)
