Overall accountability:-
  • Responsible for providing excellent service to customers of BTSTP in accordance with the company's policies & procedures.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Safety:
- Taking care of Go Kart registration counter
- Ensure facilities are in good working condition
- To report any error or abnormality to the Supervisor or Operations Executive on duty
- Ensure the kart is ready to be driven by the customers (including testing the kart battery and handling pedal control are well functioned)
- Maintain the cleanliness of the counter, and waiting area, track & report any issues of cleanliness or maintenance to the supervisor
- Ensure adults & children are at the appropriate height & requirements for Go-Kart (eg, to inform customers to read, fill in and sign the consent/indemnity form
- To assist in briefing & give safety induction to customers before they start driving
- Enforce rules & regulations on the protection gears like helmet, shows, gloves, pads
