  • Assist in the pre-recruitment and post-recruitment process; arrangement of interview, preparing documentation for letter of offer etc.
  • Follow assigned recruitment initiatives and employee selections for the assigned scope.
  • Screens and forwards applications that meet requirements to appropriate hiring managers for selection.
  • Assist in HR administration to ensure employee information is maintained and updated from time to time (in personal file).
  • Undertake special arrangements, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • An eye for details and is meticulous at all times with highly committed positive work attitude.
  • Independent to plan and carry out assigned duties diligently.
  • Knowledge of employment Act 1955 and statutory requirement.
  • Able to handle multitasking and pressure well.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
