- Assist in the pre-recruitment and post-recruitment process; arrangement of interview, preparing documentation for letter of offer etc.
- Follow assigned recruitment initiatives and employee selections for the assigned scope.
- Screens and forwards applications that meet requirements to appropriate hiring managers for selection.
- Assist in HR administration to ensure employee information is maintained and updated from time to time (in personal file).
- Undertake special arrangements, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- An eye for details and is meticulous at all times with highly committed positive work attitude.
- Independent to plan and carry out assigned duties diligently.
- Knowledge of employment Act 1955 and statutory requirement.
- Able to handle multitasking and pressure well.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
