Responsibilities:
Assist in the pre-recruitment and post-recruitment process; arrangement of interview, preparing documentation for letter of offer etc.
Follow assigned recruitment initiatives and employee selections for the assigned scope.
Screens and forwards applications that meet requirements to appropriate hiring managers for selection.
Assist in HR administration to ensure employee information is maintained and updated from time to time (in personal file).
Undertake special arrangements, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
An eye for details and is meticulous at all times with highly committed positive work attitude.
Independent to plan and carry out assigned duties diligently.
Knowledge of employment Act 1955 and statutory requirement.
Able to handle multitasking and pressure well.
Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
