Salary Package : Basic RM 2000 - 3000 (based on experience)

Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Always update rules & regulation set by the government
- Always report on new rules, give comparison & provide adequate advice to management
- Provide backup support to kiosk team (including weekend and public holiday) when needed
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
- Actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Handle statutory reporting, update and filling
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, absent etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets and calculate bonuses and allowances
- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- Schedule bank payments and reporting
- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts
- Report on payroll expenses
- Key in new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
- Ensure confidentiality and security of documents
Job Requirement
- Accept SPM holder who have at least 1-2 years of related experience
- Fresh Graduate (with Certificate/Diploma/Degree in HR) is welcomed
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information
