  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs for existing and new employee
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Monitoring employee's performance and Disciplinary, Benefits and Compensation
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Handle staff welfare & HR administrative task
  • Handling work permits and licensing
  • Assist with payroll process



  • Minimum 1 year working experience as HR Officer with proven track record
  • Has experience in recruitment process & databases
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and Sabah Labor Ordinance
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work 6 days a week
  • Preferably to starts immediately
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
