Provide support to stakeholders on handling people related matters - manpower planning, recruitment, L&D, employee relations and exit process
To deliver engagement initiatives including action plan to address the feedback and concerns
To manage, support ,supervise and provide guidance to the team members when dealing with matters pertaining to HR Operation
Ensure displinary cases for further investigaton and handle fairly to the legitimate process
Handle office admin work and purchase supplies for office usage
