We are urgently looking for candidates who are interested in exploring their career in Oil and Gas -Trading Business. An inside sales and admin role can serve as a stepping stone to more senior positions within the sales or administrative departments. Successful professionals can advance to roles such as Senior Sales & Business Development Executive or Account Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and order processing.
  • Prepare and send quotations and proposals to clients.
  • Follow up on leads and potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

 

2. Administrative Duties:

  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Manage inventory and track sales performance metrics.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.

 

3. Customer Relations:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

 

4. Coordination and Communication:

  • Liaise with other departments such as finance, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and partners.
  • Support the sales team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service within the oil and gas industry is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the ability to work well in a team.
