JOB DESCRIPTION:

● We are looking for a network and cyber security engineer who will be responsible for maintaining and administering network and cyber security latest technologies. 

● You will need to have a strong understanding of network configurations, connectivity and cybersecurity. 

● You will also learn to plan, design, implement, and troubleshoot complicated networks and latest cybersecurity threats. 

● A good understanding of application transport, network connectivity and latest cybersecurity threats are highly desired.

NETWORK AND CYBER SECURITY ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network and system problems

● Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring connectivity within users

● Maintaining high level of network performance and ensuring whether adjustments are needed 

● Designing, configuring, and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software

● Planning, engineering, and monitoring the security arrangements for the protection of the network systems.

● Identifying, monitoring, and defining the requirements of the overall cyber security of the environment.

● Troubleshooting security and network problems.

NETWORK AND CYBER SECURITY ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

● Degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.

● Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity.

● Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.

● Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.

● Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.

● Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills

● Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
