Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in technical support with some of the following systems: Automated systems, personal computer and network technologies & variety of software applications.
Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
Excellent spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and good discipline.
Interpersonal, maintaining good relationships with customers, problem-solving skills.

Handling customer technical support cases through onsite, phone & email submission.
To provide technical support, resolve queries and train end users.
To perform weekly & monthly maintenance for customers equipments.
To troubleshoot, diagnose & repair hardware/software problems.
Provide assistance to staff or customers.
Monitoring hardware, software & system performance.
