Location: Genting Highlands Premium Outlets
We are seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support to provide first level support to users on hardware, software, and all IT related issues, including troubleshooting ELV / physical security system devices such as CCTV, card access, digital signage, and other related systems. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure by providing technical assistance to end-users on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support to users on hardware, software, and all IT related issues
  • Troubleshoot ELV / physical security system devices such as CCTV, card access,
    digital signage, and other related systems
  • Reside at client's site to provide technical support and assistance to end-users
  • Install and set up Access Point, IP Phone, IT network system related
  • Respond to incidents and service requests from end-users via telephone, email,
    and on-site service
  • Identify and resolve problems/or escalate to other technical resources
  • Perform computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting Administer servers such as Domain controller, file server, backup, etc.
  • Monitor network infrastructure using network monitoring software
  • Coordinate with vendors on IT system support and maintenance
  • Submit a daily summary report
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the IT-related field
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems and issues
  • Responsible and team player
  • technical knowledge in Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft products,
    servers, switches, security systems, and structured cabling, and other general
    applications
  • Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting ELV / physical security system
    devices such as CCTV, card access, digital signage, and other related systems
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, 10 am to 10 pm
