PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high quality of service to clients by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
• Keep abreast of current jewelry and fashion trends, providing tailored styling advice and personalized recommendations to clients
• Assist with achievement of store sales goals and profit plans, ensuring financial growth of the store
• Building repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
• Deliver top notch after-sales services in an effective way to ensure customer satisfaction
• Offer outstanding support through online inquiries and virtual consultations, ensuring a seamless online-to-offline customer experience
• Assist with overall operations of store, enhancing store standards in order to create a positive customer experience
• Conduct regular checks on retail inventory, ensure accurate account of stock, perform price tagging and report any discrepancies to manager
• Collaborate with other departments to present a unified brand image and achieve sales targets
• Ad- hoc tasks as assigned
  
  

PREFERED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service oriented and sales driven personality
• Prior experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or premium fashion retail is preferred
• Fluent in English, and Malay or Mandarin, proficiency in at least two of these languages is a must
• Ability to work flexibly in both physical and digital environments
• Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail skills and quality focused
• Prior live stream experience is a plus
