A month ago, a young and enthusiastic 18 years old girl started working with us. She is a SPM leaver who just completed her SPM and waiting for her results.
While waiting for result, she do not want to stay at home do nothing. She want to gain some working experience and make some pocket money before she start her college life. To be honest, a girl who has no experience, limited qualification looking for a job in this phenomenon world is always not an easy task, because you need to compete with a group of peoples who are also looking for job outside there.

After she attended the interview session and she notified that she got selected to join here. She was surprised and happy because she did not expect that happen to her. The manager told her that over here we hire based on attitude not by skill. As long you have a good attitude, no matter you are slow learner or fast learner, skill can be develop because personal trainer will be assigned to you and guide you throughout her journey.

She began her sales and marketing journey with us. On her second week, she got her first advancement in the company. Besides that, she started to involve in training newcomer. After a month, she became a very good sales trainer at the age of 18.
