Job Description:

1. Assist in develop initial design ideas by understand & interpreting client info’s & project site condition.
2. Brainstorm concepts and design solutions with our project & design team.
3. Prepare and compile all design related plan, elevation, details, 3d visual, design document & design material for better communication with client & contractor to optimized site execution.
4. Assist in coordinate and liaise with other professionals such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors to ensure each projects succession.
5. Assist in purchasing design furniture or project decoration items.
6. Carry out & execute soft finishing ideas (decorative items, bed linen, plant, paintings, decorative light, etc.)
7. Inspect & Monitor project site progress occasionally to ensure project direction right on track.
8. Self-learning & Sourcing new material & building technology to improve project quality.
9. Final site inspection to ensure project completion according to plans & client satisfaction.
10. Excellent opportunity to learn project management skill through involvement in a whole completed project.

Requirement:

• Able to use computer software (Autocad, Sketch Up, 3dsmax, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Good attitude and willing to learn.
• Independent and Responsible
• Good at communication skills
• Must to travel
• Mandarin speaking will be in advantage

Qualification

Diploma , Bachelor’s Degree

Years of experience

Minimum 1 Year of experience in same field
