We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in new stakeholder outreach, building relationships with gatekeeper stakeholders, assisting in marketing campaigns, and supporting various marketing-related activities.
- New Stakeholder Outreach: Proactively identify and engage potential stakeholders through online platforms like Fiverr, Dribbble, Behance, and others.
- Initiate Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with gatekeeper stakeholders, including designers, UI/UX reviewers, copywriters, and more.
- Task Delegation: Assign tasks to gatekeeper stakeholders, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of their work
- Submission Review: Evaluate and analyze submissions by stakeholders, providing feedback and ranking their work.
- Weekly Progression Report: Prepare and present weekly reports on project progression and stakeholder contributions.
- Information Compilation: Gather and compile relevant information and data, distributing it to the necessary stakeholders within the department.
- Contribution to Marketing Campaigns: Actively contribute creative ideas and insights to marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Event Organization: Assist in the organization of presentations and events when required.
- Ground Activation and Promotional Activities: Support ground activation and promotional activities as needed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights and stay updated on industry trends when required.
- Administrative Tasks: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functionality and coordination of the marketing department's activities.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in speaking and writing English is essential for effective communication.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Partnership.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a related role is preferred.
- Office Management: Good understanding of office management principles and practices.
- Multitasking: Demonstrable ability to multi-task and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and reports.
- Organization: Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships.
- Location: Office based in Bangsar South City.
