  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence 
  • Collaborate with the team to improve administrative processes. 
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. 
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and data bases. Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from residents, suppliers, and employees

 


Job Requirements : 

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  2. Experience and familiar with AUTOCOUNT accounting and or other system and computer literate 
  3. Proven work experience as a general clerk or similar role 
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team 
  5. Hardworking, responsible and committed to work SPM holder and fresh graduate are welcomed to apply 
  6. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English 
  7. Own transport 
  8. license : B2,D
