Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence
Collaborate with the team to improve administrative processes.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Organize and maintain files, records, and data bases. Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from residents, suppliers, and employees
Job Requirements :
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience and familiar with AUTOCOUNT accounting and or other system and computer literate
Proven work experience as a general clerk or similar role
Ability to work independently and in a team
Hardworking, responsible and committed to work SPM holder and fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Own transport
license : B2,D
