Job scope:

  1. Develop and implement the annual account development plan
  2. Manage and control all trade-related expenses within the budget allocated.
  3. Establish the short- and medium-term sales & distribution strategies and objectives for the channel.
  4. To ensure the effective implementation of sales campaigns and the establishment of distribution priorities.
  5. Prepare and submit monthly performance reports/updates on sales, marketing activities, inventory and pending issues as well as sales/margin forecasts
  6. Manage and control all trade-related expenses within the budget allocated.
  7. Identify business needs of key customers and propose/sell effective solutions that will produce results desired by key customers
  8. Achieve the company’s targets for customer acquisition and revenue growth in the Hyper/Super business sector
  9. Be a liaison and responsible for building and maintaining strong rapport with the company’s key customers in the Hyper/Super business sector
  10. Identify emerging markets and shifts in market trends while being fully updated on new products and competitors’ performance and activities
  11. Design marketing strategies that will create brand awareness of the company’s products and fulfil the company’s brand building objectives
  12. Analyze/Develop annual sales agreements and trading terms of key accounts, and negotiate with customers to ensure targeted margins are achieved
  13. Provide proposals and suggestions on sales, listings, marketing and inventory related matters
  14. Work closely with other functional teams such as Marketing, Logistics, Finance and Accounting to ensure that all business plans are implemented effectively
  15. Build and lead team of merchandisers and promoters to efficiently carry out all marketing activities
  16. Work closely with Human Resource on recruitment matters and performance/discipline management of subordinates
  17. Any other ad hoc tasks, as and when may be required



  1. Min Diploma
  2. Min 3yrs experience for Exec and 5 years for Manager
  3. Experience in wine industry will be an advantage
  4. Good computer and reporting skills
  5. Good English writing skills
  6. Fluent in English and Mandarin
