Job description

 

  • Achieve sales targets, with focus on sales to Key Accounts.
  • Develop sales to Key Accounts per sales plan and ensure meeting sales targets.
  • Identify new Key Accounts in targeted market segments, in continuous effort to grow Key Accounts sales.
  • Develop sales funnel effectively by ensuring enough pipeline in the funnel to meet sales targets.
  • Continuously identify, develop, and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up closely on leads and turn leads into opportunities effectively.
  • Conduct selling process professionally by practicing value based consultative selling.
  • Maximise selling by selling solutions and cross selling different product lines.
  • Provide product introduction and demonstration to customers.
  • Clearly identify customer’s requirements and provide value based competitive proposal.
  • Effectively involve appropriate resources, including technical team, sales support team, and principles, to meet customer demand and close sales.
  • Support sales operation effectively by providing accurate and timely sales forecast base on sales funnel.
  • Timely update of Key Account plan.
  • To complete additional assignments or projects as required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related qualification
  • 5 years of key account sales experience.
  • 5 years of network or automation product sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Foster, build and maintain relationships with clients
