Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gathering client's requirements and proposing resilient and scalable solutions that meet client's needs;
• Able to independently perform successful proof-of-concept including site visit, planning, preparation, configuration and testing;
• Able to lead project development and ensure delivery and project completion on time. Such tasks include client meetings, planning, installation and configuration, testing, knowledge transfer and documentations;
• Oversee implementation of network and infrastructure development projects;
• Provide technical support and maintenance including troubleshooting, incidence response, firmware upgrade, operational maintenance and other ad-hoc tasks in a timely manner;
• Ensure tasks are delivered and sign-off within a given time frame;
• Generate report and handle documentation;
• Be proactive in solving issues by working closely with superior and supplier's technical team for support, knowledge sharing and troubleshooting;
• Conduct given task in highly professional manner;
• Working as a team to ensure successful project delivery
• Experiences in routing and switching concepts
• Experiences in Windows system environment like AD, DHCP, DNS and virtual machine setup

Requirements profile: -

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Knowledge in network switching and routing, LAN/WAN technologies and architectures, wireless, firewall, DNS, VPN, SDWAN will be added advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the similar position;
• Any professional certification will be added advantage
• Results-oriented and customer focused;
• Self-motivated and willing to learn with good attitude;
• Able to work independently or as a team when required;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good documentation, communication and reporting skills;
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• May have odd hour duty due to project catch up timeline
