Personal Assistant (open for female only)
RM 3,800++ / month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining key databases for press outreach and special events, including press, customers, VIPs, and local markets.
  • Helps lead compilation of media and other tracking and related reports.
  • Perform secretary task like Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate & prepare refreshments for guests as and when required.
  • Providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative functions to the CEO, Board members, and all stakeholders.
  • Any ad hoc job as assigned by the Superior.

Job requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin in order to deal with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel with management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism in dealing with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office suite).
    ** Have own vehicle

Working hours:
Monday till Friday (8.30 am – 5:30pm)
