Job Requirements:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, filing, data entry, and record keeping, prepare PPT Slide / proposal required
- Assist with few accounting tasks such as expense tracking, budget management, and financial reporting.
- To liaise and follow up with client & supplier for relevant sales enquiry, sales activities, deposits and viewing arrangement
- To meet up & coordinate with supplier for relevant project matters
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to organize various corporate events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Facilitate meetings and Zoom Meeting, events and business-related activities
- Maintain accurate calendars, ensuring all appointments and commitments are kept in order.
- Assist in task management and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Malay.
- Capable of reading and typing in Chinese.
- Ability to travel abroad for work is a must.
- Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in Facebook and Instagram marketing is a plus.
- Possesses good communication skill and positive attitude towards work, with a willingness to learn.
