You will be representing a local paper & wipes products company. Our focus is on delivering high-quality products to customers in Malaysia. Our team is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, personalized service and timely delivery.
- Directly reporting to the Director on day-to-day operations.
- Assist director in marketing efforts and promotional events.
- Follow-through matters with existing and potential customers.
- Organizing, scheduling and coordination of meetings, projects and events.
- No after hours entertainment required.
- Drafting communications and supporting administrative tasks.
- Information gathering and providing prompt feedback to director on needed basis.
- Other ad-hoc matters which may be required from time to time.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English, Chinese and Malay.
- Good notes and minutes taking abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Outgoing and keen to learn.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Diploma and above.
