KEY ROLE
- Conducts market research and analyze trends,
- Performs product demonstrations to customers, gathers feedback and offers recommendations to the relevant team.
- Facilitates training sessions as well as well as assist with new product launches.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls, and even attending product launches of rival companies.
- Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
- Collaborate and strategize with the sales and engineering teams.
- Attend workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
- Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the development of business plans
- Schedule training sessions and attendings meetings as required.
- Identify new market opportunities and relay this information to the Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Make helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- A Level/Diploma/Degree Holder
- Preferably experience in medical industry
- Good product technical knowledge
- Excellent Interpersonal relationship skill
- Computer literate
- Bilingual in Malay and English
