KEY ROLE

  • Conducts market research and analyze trends,
  • Performs product demonstrations to customers, gathers feedback and offers recommendations to the relevant team.
  • Facilitates training sessions as well as well as assist with new product launches.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Conduct thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls, and even attending product launches of rival companies.
  • Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
  • Collaborate and strategize with the sales and engineering teams.
  • Attend workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing
  • Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development of business plans
  • Schedule training sessions and attendings meetings as required.
  • Identify new market opportunities and relay this information to the Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Make helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.

 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A Level/Diploma/Degree Holder
  • Preferably experience in medical industry
  • Good product technical knowledge
  • Excellent Interpersonal relationship skill
  • Computer literate
  • Bilingual in Malay and English
