Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure the production daily operation is according to the production schedule given.
• To ensure workers produce goods according to the work order.
• Monitor production output and supervise workers performance and target.
• To ensure all the production records are properly maintain.
• To ensure daily workers attendance are comply with the company rules and regulation.
• To ensure workers safety while running machines.
• To maintain proper 5S in the production floor and scheudle workers for daily housekeeping.
• To carry out jobs assigned by the production executive .
• To sunre the production quality goods with minimum wastage and rejection.
• Monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
• Given any tasks assigned by superior or management.

Job Requriement:

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies preferred. 
• SPM leavers with supervisory experiences are encourage to apply.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a team of group leaders and operators in carrying out their daily job responsibilities.
