Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma and above. Degree holder will have advantage
• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably with Managerial post
• Priority who have passed the TBE Exam “Takaful Basic Exam”.
• Basic Salary provided by Prudential from RM 5,000 to RM 10,000 and subject to company's approval
• Anyone who wants a new Career, more income, VSS Voluntary Retrenchment Scheme.
• All applicants will need to go through interviews

Responsibility :

• Training provided by agency and company
• Attend company meetings, seminars and programs to increase knowledge of new products and services.
• Sharing awareness and do sales in takaful products
• Servicing client's needs and claims with the assistance from Prudential
• Recruiting new Takaful Consultant for future career promotion and income growth
• Create your own desired income because there's no limit in achieving it
• Good attitude, discipline, positive mindset and hardworking is crucial criteria to succeed in this industry

Salary

• Junior Apprentice (Fresh Grad) = RM3,000 (Basic) + Commission
• Pruventure Genz = RM4,000 - RM5,000 (Basic) + Commission
• Pruventure Manager = RM8,000 - RM10,000 (Basic) + Commission
