Daily tracking and updating the production usage of raw material & packaging material.
Ensure incoming raw material/ packing material with COA is attached.
Monthly updating of approved supplier list.
Ensure yearly supplier assessments are completed by the purchaser.
Ensure raw materials are HALAL Certified.
Liaise with the Warehouse dept to ensure all products that arrived are in good condition.
Monthly MPOB submission
Planning ordering for raw material & packaging material
Apply the purchase order and submit the order to supplier.
Updating monthly costing report
Other matters - Additional jobs will be assigned by the superior or management as and when required.
