Job description

Hiring in #Seremban:

Purchasing Support

  1. Has user level experience with SAP system and Microsoft office tools applications is required
  2. Process purchase order based on requisitions from MRP
  3. Monitoring the status of orders, tracking shipments‌ and ensuring that deliveries are on schedule.
  4. Interacting with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods.
  5. Monitoring of C-Parts and urgent support from production
  6. Fluent English & Bahasa skill is essential & required
  7. Active and responsible person
  8. Initiative and have a desire to learn new things.
  9. Prepare reports and analyze data on Purchasing activity
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks
  11. Any other ad hoc task assigned by the superior

 

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6+6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

 

Ability to commute/relocate:

Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

 

Education:

Diploma/ Degree (Preferred)
